Cam Technologies is proud to announce the Charles “Chub” Wagner Memorial Scholarship for Industrial Automation and Controls. Graduating U.S. high school seniors and current collegiate engineering students who are pursuing careers in industrial automation-related disciplines (including industrial, mechanical and electrical engineering) are invited to apply.
One awarded student will receive $1,000, and two others will each receive $500. The scholarships are merit-based, and will be awarded on the basis of the candidate’s potential for leadership and for making a significant contribution to industrial control systems within a manufacturing environment. In your Personal Statement, please describe your future goals and how they will contribute to this industry.
Scholarship recipients may be eligible for an internship.
Who may apply?
U.S. citizens accepted to or currently attending a college or university within the United States. Winners will be required to provide proof of acceptance to their college or university, or a college transcript.
Applications must be submitted via the web form by July 31, 2020.
The award recipients will be notified of the selection on or around August 30, 2020. The scholarship award is to be used exclusively for school tuition or related expenses. A check will be made payable to the award recipients’ college or university. Each recipient is expected to submit receipts in accordance with IRS regulations.
